Using material carved from larger sculptures or rescued countertop stone, each tiny sculpture is hand shaped and unique from her sisters. Creating these tiny sculptures is my way of reducing our human footprint and keeping usable materials out of the land fill. If I am carving something large, you can bet I'm creating little torsos and hearts from the left over stone!
Sometimes clothed and sometimes nude, sometimes thin, sometimes voluptuous, sometimes pregnant, sometimes dancing, these fine art sculptures are created to be worn boldly!
The Worthy series of sculpture celebrates the strength of all things female including all races, all sexual orientations, all sizes, all religious beliefs, and all status assumptions in society. Coming soon: free standing mini sculptures as well as more sizeable Worthy Series sculpture.
