Everything about Elusive speaks of the precise moment where speed & power, balance to create amazing movement. The grain of the marble, aerodynamic curves & precise balance point of the design, work together to create the illusion of movement in this very still and beautiful selection of Danby Marble. Elusive bursts across a solid black granite base.

The block of marble Elusive was carved from was rescued from a demolition company. When a downtown Dallas building was scheduled to be demolished, everyone expected the brick building to yield only brick debris. To their surprise, underneath the brick was a beautiful layer of  8” thick Vermont Danby Marble. The marble was relocated to the Creative Arts Center of Dallas and one of the blocks founder's way to me and a new life as this spunky little running bunny.

For ease of shipping and installation, this work of art is ships in two pieces. The bunny and the base travel separately and a pin (provided) holds them together once you place them in their forever home.
