WHY DO YOU HOPE TO SPEAK WITH ME PRIOR TO MY PURCHASE?
Some of my works of art are created from more fragile materials. For instance Italian Ice Alabaster pieces cannot be placed outdoors, in water or in direct sunlight. Some stone is more fragile and some stone is super tough. Knowing these and other things will help you make choices that are right for your collection.
Also, the restocking fee for returned items, and the wear and tear from multiple shipments, are not good situations for you nor the sculpture. I want to do everything in my power to ensure you are completely satisfied with the art you have fallen in love with.
The bottom line is I would rather loose a sale than have you unhappy with your new sculpture.

What is your shipping Policy?
Thank you for your interest in my work. I am so happy you found something that speaks to you. Shipping is billed separately. Please contact Kat for an estimate.
Rest assured I do not want you to pay more for shipping than necessary. To this end, please let me know which sculpture you are considering, along with the address to where it will ship.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
I want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. To that end, I encourage you to contact me about the sculpture that interests you. We can discuss details of color, installation, care and anything else you like. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact usand please include your order numbered and description of what’s going on.
There is a 25% restocking fee that is applied for any order cancelled or exchanged. Please, neither of us wants this to happen, so let's communicate up front and let me answer any and all questions and provide valuable information.
DO YOU ACCEPT REQUESTS/COMMISSIONS?
Just like your favorite DJ… YES, I accept requests! One of my greatest joys is expressing a story or a moment in time through my artwork. Don’t even hesitate to contact us. We can discuss ideas, budget, stone type, size, time-line, etc. In other words, all things creative and all things practical! My smallest commission to date is 2” and weighs under 1 pound, and my largest is 8’ and weighs just over one ton. Let’s do this!
THIS IS MY FIRST ORIGINAL ART PURCHASE. WHY DO YOU CALL ME A COLLECTOR?
Whether you are buying your first work of art or your hundredth, you are shopping for original stone sculpture. In my book, that signifies you as someone who is looking for not only a quality work of art, but also seeks a sense of permanence, of history. Stone carvings and paintings on stone are the oldest forms of artwork we have recorded. I think if you’ve gone this far, you deserve to be called Collector. Even if it is your first piece of original art, I seriously doubt it will be your last.
